Tracking your rents and indexing

The annual indexing of rents is a legal obligation in Belgium, but it remains time-consuming and prone to errors. CBM IT Solutions has developed a dedicated Odoo application that fully automates this process, in strict compliance with the Belgian legal framework (art. 1728bisof the Civil Code and the law of February 20, 1991). On each anniversary date, the system applies the official formula, updates the billed rent, and sends the tenant a formal email notification detailing the calculation.
